What outstanding service I got from this place. Had a couple problems with the locks and doors at my house and they were super responsive and helpful. The price you are paying for the service is absolutely worth every penny, could not recommend more!

I live in an apartment complex and my main front door lock was not working. After bringing over my regular locksmith, who came by and looked at the lock and said there’s nothing to be done but replacing it, and ran off with my money without bothering to search for the serial number and replace my lock/door handle according to HOA specifications, I came across Yaniv; he was very thoughtful. Yaniv immediately took off the lock/handle combo and ordered a new one. He waited and searched patiently until he found one at a great price and came on over to instal it. However, there was a problem installing it as the lock would always “stick” and became harder to turn. He very patiently and resourcefully examined the lock as well as the structure of the door before finally solving the issue; Older doors often shift slightly over time — wood swells, frames settle, hinges sag etc — so when you install a new lock or handle, the alignment with the strike plate and latch opening isn’t always perfect. I greatly appreciated his time, effort and patience as he strategically solved the issue over a couple of trips. The man was dedicated and he came through. Absolutely worth it. He is my forever locksmith. Cheers.

I can’t say enough good things about Larchmont Lock & Key. Nick is a super friendly and trustworthy person, who always shows up quickly when I call him. I’ve used him multiple times at my home in Windsor Square and I’ve been impressed by his services every time.

What really stands out to is how friendly and genuine Nick is. He always takes a minute to explain what he’s doing and even gave me a couple of tips to avoid having the same problems happening again.

Fair price, great attitude, and just all-around solid service. He’s has worked on our most complicated door hardware, on multiple occasions. He also came immediately when I locked myself out of my office in the middle of a work day. Whatever your needs, Nick is absolutely the person you want to call.

The technician showed up instantly and helped us out of a sticky situation with all of the locks on our property. Changed all the locks and got us new keys that worked perfectly.
